We select a mix of employees with complex pay details and various frequencies to run a payroll simulation. We match our results against your previous payslips and obtain your formal sign-off on the report formats. Once verified, we clear the simulation data so your live environment remains pristine.
Step Three: The Parallel Run
To give you 100% confidence, we run our system alongside your old one for a full pay cycle. We import all employee data, including essential Year-to-Date (YTD) figures and pension details. You run payroll on your current system while we run it on My Digital simultaneously. We compare reports from both systems to ensure every penny and RTI submission matches perfectly.
Step Four: Go LIVE
